You'll work closely with hotel staff, front desk agents, and other departments to maintain high service standards and resolve any issues promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotel facilities and services to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Monitor guest feedback and complaints, and work with hotel staff to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement QA procedures and protocols to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hotel management to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor hotel staff on QA best practices and service excellence standards.
• Utilize QA software tools such as QA360, ServiceTitan, or similar to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Report on QA findings and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in hospitality and tourism.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with QA software tools such as QA360, ServiceTitan, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different hotel locations as needed.
