📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility maintenance activities, including cleaning, landscaping, and pest control.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain facility records and documentation using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Train and supervise facility staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance best practices and regulations.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for facility inspections and maintenance tasks.
