• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, including shippers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our capabilities and network with potential partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning within the shipping and logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong Mandarin language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using business development tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Certification in business development or sales management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and industry trends.
