📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and counsel to management and employees on corporate law matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on business transactions and partnerships.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance strategies.
- Assist in legal proceedings and represent the company in court when necessary.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update the company's legal records and archives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, or legal advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with legal software and tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
