📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop high-quality graphic designs for print materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, and other promotional items.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications.
• Oversee the print production process, including pre-press, press, and post-press activities.
• Manage color calibration and proofing to ensure accurate and consistent color reproduction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in print design and production.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new print production workflows and standards.
• Provide training and support to other team members on print design and production tools and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and print production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and print production software like Adobe Acrobat and QuarkXPress.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, including pre-press, press, and post-press.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with color management and proofing techniques.
