📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assisting nurses with patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic nursing procedures.
• Preparing and administering medications as directed by healthcare providers.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Assisting with the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.
• Ensuring a clean and organized healthcare environment by following infection control protocols and standard precautions.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assisting with patient transportation and mobility as needed.
• Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay current with best practices in healthcare.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Attendant or similar healthcare support role.
• Certification as a Nursing Attendant from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and standard precautions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed, with a valid lift certification preferred.
