HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits, as well as developing and implementing safety programs and procedures. You will also work closely with our operations team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and to continuously improve our safety and environmental performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits
• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety and environmental best practices
• Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance
• Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, with at least 3 years in a similar industry
• Certification in SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Proven track record of successful safety and environmental management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
