As a Platform (PaaS/CaaS) Infrastructure Lead at Mindteck, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and scalability of our platform services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our PaaS/CaaS infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of our cloud infrastructure to support enterprise-level applications.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and services into our platform.
Monitor and maintain the performance of our infrastructure, implementing improvements as needed.
Develop and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
Certifications in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are a plus.
Proven experience in leading cloud infrastructure projects and teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to infrastructure management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
