PT Tirta Sejahtera Bangka is seeking a dedicated Pengawas Jaringan Air Bersih to join our team in Pangkalpinang. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the water distribution network, ensuring the delivery of clean and safe water to the communities of Bangka Belitung. This is a crucial position that requires a combination of technical expertise and a strong commitment to community service.

As a Pengawas Jaringan Air Bersih at PT Tirta Sejahtera Bangka, you will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to monitor and maintain the integrity of our water supply system. You will conduct regular inspections of pipelines, pumps, and other critical infrastructure, ensuring that everything is functioning optimally. Your role will also involve troubleshooting any issues that arise, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that our water quality standards are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the water distribution network.
• Conduct regular inspections of pipelines, pumps, and other critical infrastructure.
• Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the water supply system.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent future problems.
• Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure the smooth operation of the water supply system.
• Ensure the safety and security of the water supply infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water supply and distribution systems.
• Certification as a Pengawas Jaringan Air Bersih (PJAB) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and GIS mapping software.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and water quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
