📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and ingredients.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that procurement activities support manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Utilize purchasing software such as SAP or Oracle to manage procurement activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
• Proficient in using purchasing software such as SAP or Oracle.
