📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant operational best practices.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing software, including ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
