📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced manufacturing technologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing department.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth.
• Manage and optimize the use of manufacturing resources to achieve cost efficiency and productivity gains.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, with a proven track record in leading manufacturing operations.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) are highly desirable.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software such as SAP, MES, and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing.
