In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.,Proficient in using training management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve training programs.
