📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of site workers, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement safety and quality assurance procedures.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or site engineering.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
