Gate Express Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. As a Store Admin, you will be responsible for managing the store's operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Maintain store records and reports, including sales, inventory, and customer data.,Perform regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the team to improve store operations and customer experience.,Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
