Glow Life Group is seeking a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that enhance employee performance and engagement. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Sleman. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant learning content.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs for diverse audiences.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
