📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.,Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.,Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy.,Assist in patient education and counseling.,Maintain accurate and complete patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
