🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Midwife (Bidan).
- Valid Midwifery certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (Badan Pemeriksaan Tenaga Kesehatan).
- Strong knowledge of prenatal and postnatal care.
