📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, as well as a deep knowledge of the industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Proficient in using sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
