Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials.,Develop and implement design strategies that align with our brand identity and business goals.,Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs are on-brand and meet the needs of our target audience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate new ideas into our design work.,Manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that all designs are effective in achieving their intended purpose.,Create and maintain design guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.,Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.,Proven ability to create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials.,Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.,Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and outside the box.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
