🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Helper or Traffic Controller in construction projects.
• Familiarity with traffic control equipment and safety protocols.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Willingness to travel and work on different sites as needed.
