Experienced Bookkeeper (Xero Specialist) - Remote from Bali

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record all financial transactions in Xero, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial data for reporting purposes.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and tax returns.
• Maintain and organize financial records and documents.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with Xero.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Certification in Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
