📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.,Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving recruitment targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken).,Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for people.
