📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.,Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.,Backup and restore data to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Good understanding of IT security best practices and principles.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
