📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers with product selection, information, and purchases.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a well-presented store.
  • Promote sales and special offers to encourage customer purchases.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and processes.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
