📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining and updating job descriptions and advertising materials.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating offer letters and completing necessary paperwork.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidate performance.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
