📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and develop learning materials, including e-learning modules.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or HR setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for employee development.
