📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales, and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the F&B department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage a team and ensure high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards is a plus.,A valid ID and work permit for Bali.
