Fresh One Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and friendly Assistant Receptionist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure they have all the information they need.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest arrivals and departures.,Handle and manage mail, packages, and other deliveries.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the reception area.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Provide information about the company, its services, and local attractions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
