📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payment requests
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor payments and expenses
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and monitor payment status
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of year-end closing procedures
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
